All the presence of Napoleon’s Astound 74, with the installation freedom the FlexMount name promises. Where the built-in Astound asks for a framed recess, the FlexMount gives you and your installer latitude in how the fireplace meets the wall — making it the Astound of choice for projects where opening up the wall isn’t practical or simply isn’t wanted.

It remains, at heart, a seventy-four-inch linear electric fireplace: no gas line, no venting, no chimney. The room keeps its architecture; the wall gains a fire. For renovations, condominiums, and finished spaces you’d rather not demolish, this is the most forgiving way to add a truly large-format fireplace.
