Bromic Platinum 500 Smart-Heat Gas Patio Heater, Natural Gas — BH0110003-1

The Platinum 500 is Bromic’s flagship gas radiant heater — the one that turns a whole outdoor dining zone into a destination. Plumbed to your home’s natural gas line and mounted above the space, it produces the deep, even radiant warmth that electric can’t match at scale, wrapped in the Platinum series’ unmistakable low-profile design.

Natural gas means never swapping a tank and never watching a fuel gauge: the heater is simply part of the house, ready every evening the patio calls. For permanent outdoor rooms, covered terraces, and alfresco dining that runs deep into the shoulder seasons, this is the definitive specification.

As a fixed gas appliance, the Platinum 500 is installed by a professional — gas connection and mounting clearances are part of the project. Write to support@hearthcourt.com before you order and our concierge team will review the installation plan with your contractor, so the heat arrives as smoothly as the crate does.

This piece ships by freight carrier, and every unit is photographed by our distribution partners before it leaves the warehouse — so you’re protected from the moment it ships. Please inspect your delivery within 48 hours of arrival (before the driver leaves is best): sign the delivery receipt "upon final inspection" — never clean — photograph the packaging, note any damage, and email support@hearthcourt.com right away. Damage reported within 48 hours of delivery is fully covered and we’ll make it right; after 48 hours, freight carriers no longer accept claims — even if installation hasn’t happened yet.
