This piece ships by freight carrier, and every unit is photographed by our distribution partners before it leaves the warehouse — so you’re protected from the moment it ships. Please inspect your delivery within 48 hours of arrival (before the driver leaves is best): sign the delivery receipt "upon final inspection" — never clean — photograph the packaging, note any damage, and email support@hearthcourt.com right away.
