The Marquis II 36 is the classic hearth, done properly. A thirty-six-inch direct-vent natural gas fireplace from Majestic with the proportions and presence of a traditional masonry fire — and the sealed-combustion efficiency and clean installation of a modern direct-vent appliance.
IntelliFire Touch ignition brings the flame to life, and the top direct-vent design gives your installer a straightforward vent path. This is the fireplace for living rooms and family rooms where the hearth is meant to be the heart of the house — a gathering point, not a design flourish.
As with all of our built-in gas fireplaces, planning matters: vent routing, framing, and finishing details are best settled before the crate arrives. Our concierge team is happy to work directly with your builder or installer on specifications — write to support@hearthcourt.com and consider it handled.

Shipping & Delivery
This piece ships by freight carrier, and every unit is photographed by our distribution partners before it leaves the warehouse — so you’re protected from the moment it ships. Please inspect your delivery within 48 hours of arrival (before the driver leaves is best): sign the delivery receipt "upon final inspection" — never clean — photograph the packaging, note any damage, and email support@hearthcourt.com right away. Damage reported within 48 hours of delivery is fully covered and we’ll make it right; after 48 hours, freight carriers no longer accept claims — even if installation hasn’t happened yet. See our full Shipping & Delivery policy for the simple five-minute inspection checklist and our returns terms.
